This exercise is helping you to adjust to this multidimensional space you are moving into. It is bringing your conscious level of understanding of what is happening to a different level. In other words, you can not only do something, you do it and observe yourself doing it. You have multiple roles as the doer and the observer.

By knowing what is happening and doing what you are doing, you raise the vibration of the process itself because you are bringing it into multidimensionality by the roles you play. I am teaching you how to learn to be in two locations at the same time. One location will be in your body, working with your bodies and the other part of you will be in multidimensionality regulating and directing this wave process to go according to the energetic flow.

This exercise opens the door for you to start working more with parts and particles of your physical body especially your DNA because it allows you to sense your reality. It shows you that you can be in multiple parts of your body at the same time with successful, positive, joyful results.

Through this exercise you are connecting the microcosm of your DNA with the macrocosm of your Merkabah. This connection is activating the locations of the programs in your DNA. You are using the resources that your quantum body has, including the work of your telomeres to access the original blueprint that was created for you by God/Source Creator.

Start with a series of breaths. You will breathe with the intention to get to your original blue print from God/Creator Source. This exercise will activate the telomere system to support the process. The telomeres start to group and polarize in the way that they were planned to work, keeping your body young without allowing the fast-aging program to operate.
