Starting from the 1st of October there will be an exponential increase of energy. You need to prepare your physical body. Allow yourself more time to absorb, rest and sleep. At the same time don’t be surprised with abnormal events or reactions within your body. Maybe you will not sleep the entire night. You may wake up during the night a few times just to process the energies. You may feel unusual blood pressure fluctuations or body temperature changes like shivering, chills or sweating. This means that your body is processing the new energy naturally. You can help your body by drinking lots of water, be in nature, close to water or in water, be with animals or plants. Do what you enjoy like listening to music, reading, walking, swimming, biking etc. It is all about helping your physical body to pass through this.
Take care of everybody around you who is not in this high vibration because they will be experiencing this as well. They just don't know what is happening. Be patient, compassionate and allow yourself time to be with your significant other and or family so they can balance the energies through you including your animals. They can help you and you can help them.
Stay away from anything that bring disharmony including smoking, alcohol, rock music, negative emotions, violent movies and games. Try to avoid as much as possible everything that is still carrying negative vibrations during this time. If you start feeling a low vibration or negativity in some form of communication just step back and try not to be involved. Postpone or reschedule plans as needed because in a few days the energies will lessen. Then communication will be easier and better.
