December 11, 2020 contains two triple master numbers 111 and 222. A very strong beam of light containing a download will be directed at Gaia on this day. It is recommended that you open our heart chakra in order to receive the download.
The sun's rays will help you download this information into your quantum field. Go outside in the sun if possible, even if it is a cloudy day. If this is not possible you can intentionally connect with the sun.
It would also be good for you to touch running water. If you are near a river or stream you can place your hands in the water. If you have snow you can place your hands in the snow. This will be the way you connect (anchor) the energy you receive from the download to Gaia.
