You are now getting into 5D to the point where you are spending most of the time in 5D. The ability of time and space travel in your Light Body is becoming available for you. You have this spiritual tool inside of you that can help you, like a dashboard. There is a ring where you want to be with two infinity symbols, one is time the other is space. When you move the ring along the symbols, it is the time and space where your Light Body will be traveling. With your conscious intention, you can tune up a spot where you want to get the answer, where you want to be in your Light Body. This ring with your intention can also bring you back because it has a reverse memory. It works like an expander and contractor. It pulls the string to enable you to go where you want to be. When you want to come back, the ring unlocks that string and you come back to your body. 

You travel in your Light Body not your physical body. 

It is best to work in the past. Working in the future is very complex because timelines shift, change, collapse and you need to be skilled to accurately predict potential future timelines of events and outcomes. Potential timelines are not necessarily the ones that will become the reality.

The highest probability is easy for the past because the road is already paved. The closest past is the most beneficial to work with.

Any experience, relationship or fear that is coming to you from the past can be explored using this tool. It could be from this life or a past life. It is best to start with a current life until you are comfortable. 

When you go into a past life experience, you usually go into the crystal of the karmic library. You are reading from there. It is not time and space in its modality as we feel and see it here. In your past life, you go into one space which is the crystalline cave of your karmic information. Going into a past life, the space is in one spot. 

Start with a close life until you are really comfortable coming back. Start by opening and closing this door, with small steps. Gradually, expand your time and space travelling.

The more experienced you are, the more guidance you will get. You will feel guided and supported in your experiment.
