The Root Chakra Package

This video will help you to balance the root chakra by releasing the mental emotional issues connected to the organs and glands of this chakra. Your root chakra imbalance is caused by the suppressed emotions of abandonment (spine), fear of the future (legs and feet) and shame (gonads).

This video should be used in conjunction with the oil Lily of the Valley.
