Refund Policy

There are no refunds on any readings, sessions or products unless there was physical damage ie a broken bottle or jar to a product during shipping. The damage must be reported by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of product with a picture of the damaged product (s). Any product that has been opened will not be refunded.

Any readings or sessions much be completed within 30 days. If you cannot complete your appointment within this time frame payment will be considered a donation to Grandma Chandra. Thank you for your understanding.
