With the new energies now prevalent on Gaia, children and young adults are becoming more aware and experienced in living in these new energies because they came to Gaia with new DNA structures, abilities and skills which are helping them to better adjust.
If you have the opportunity spend time with young children. Either children you know or even spend time at a park watching children play. There is an attunement that you can receive even remotely from the children as you are sharing and expanding their joy and enjoying the fun they are having.
A lot of young creative children are spending time in multidimensionality working on art, music etc. As adults, parents, guardians, grandparents, neighbors, or relatives, be with them as they are sharing their creativity. You should never stop them, judge them or limit them as this was part of the old energies. Encouragement and support are necessary not only for them, but also necessary for you. You can learn from them and better understand what this new world is about. You can even find a better place for yourself in this world, even though you have to work at what they received as a gift during their birth or incarnation.
Be around water, sit by a creek, walk in the tide, watch a waterfall or the ocean. You cannot do it continuously because you have other duties and there is work to be done. You can start working with time and space when you are enjoying your time with children, animals or water. You can expand your time. Make the most of this time. Enlarge this time. Doing the duties you don't enjoy by shrinking the time. You will still do what needs to be done but don't have to be in this time frame longer than needed. You will gradually learn to manage this joyful period in such a way that you will have more time for joy.
