With the spring energies, the energies which 3AI atlas brought and the energies that your star families are sending you, there is a shift in the space dynamics and mechanics which balance the situation on Gaia. This brings Gaia and humanity to a much higher vibration, making these energies more available.
This is like an additional layer to your Merkaba on the inside. Once complete you will be able to shine from within. It is like a very slow moving wrap around that is condensing the energy in your core. When this energy gets into your Merkaba, you start being the light presence on Gaia.
As this energy comes in, you may feel a little overwhelmed. The sun's energy is regulating the process. These processes are happening within and you are balanced by the grid. You can control the concentration of energy. If you feel it's too much and you can't keep up with your daily duties just ask it to slow down. If you feel okay and want to speed it up, you can also make it faster. If you are in balance with the process, it will slowly go by itself. You don't need to apply any additional thoughts. It will unfold naturally, like a flower bud that is opening. You are opening from within your energy, and your Mastership to the sun and to the world.
