I created 2 new videos to assist on your Ascension Path; Release Your 3D Programming and Build Your Inner World.

Releasing your 3D programming is challenging. There is a familiarity a comfort zone in your 3D reality that you need to leave behind. My first video will help you release your old programming and step into the flow of the Quantum Field.

My 2nd video will assist you to build your Light Body so can be in and efficiently work with the higher frequencies of light coming into Gaia.

Release Your 3 Programming

This video will assist you to let go of the old reality by releasing your 3D programming, allowing you to move fully into the Flow of the New Quantum Field of 5D.

Allow yourself to get into the Flow despite getting out of your comfort zone. This is first step that you have to take. When you get on a sailboat, you need to leave the beach. When you get into this new vibrational life, you have to take a step into it. Get into the Flow of this new energy. Intentionally aim to be in the new reality 24/7. By doing this, you will be creating this reality and allowing the reality of 3D to be left behind you. When a boat is sailing on the sea, the land is behind the boat. You are leaving 3D behind. This is the hardest thing.

Build Your Inner World

This video will help you to develop the ability to receive, being in all time and working with the highest frequencies of Light coming into Gaia. This Light will assist you to build your inner world, your Light Body or Crystalline Body.

You are receiving this Light with different angles and shapes which helps you to build your inner world. This Light is rotating the crystalline structure inside of you. Think of the sunflower which continually follows the direction of the sun. This is what is happening in your body. Your body is following the restructuring rays or energy, focusing on the frequency of energy that can help you.

The stem of the sunflower has muscles which turn the flower around. You are creating soul muscles that will help you to tune into this energy wherever it is. Follow it and work with it.
